Horizon Village Appraisal is a small commercial real estate appraisal firm with local Las Vegas / Henderson expertise that formed under another name in Las Vegas in 1997. We provide objective, unbiased, well-supported appraisals crafted to assist our clients in making informed real property decisions.

As a past commercial real estate broker, a land economist, a fee right-of-way appraiser and an expert witness in several litigation cases (civil, divorce, bankruptcy and condemnation) we have experience in many real property related issues.

We have published hundreds of articles at Appraisal Articles and Nevada Commercial Real Property and we would be pleased if you would check out either or both of those sites for free information on appraisal issues and for information on the Las Vegas commercial market.

As a Las Vegas based Appraiser we will not subcontract your commercial appraisal assignment out to another firm. We can provide a sample of our narrative appraisal work product to bona fide client prospects.
